How to Hold your Vision using Essential Oils

Dear Beautiful Busy Woman,

You’ve made some inspiring intentions and goals that are aligned with your bigger dream and you are taking inspired action. Congratulations!

Did I hear you say it’s not all a bed of roses? Are the results you were expecting not happening as quickly as you envisaged?

The difficulty comes when your expectations and attachment to the outcome and your reality do no match. This tends to make you feel less motivated to take inspired action.

The solution is to simply; keep the faith, trust in the process and keep on your path.

You can use a simple self-care technique integrating essential oils, the breath and visualisation to hold the vision, re-energise and keep you inspired and motivated to achieve success.

Bespoke Essential Oils blends Brisbane

5 Essential Oils to Flourish your Dreams

Flourish Blend  contains 1 drop rose, 1 drop geranium, 1 drop true lavender, 2 drops bergamot and 1 drop spruce.

Rose to inspire love; Take a slow deep breath and evoke your sense of deeper identity and belonging. Open your heart and take a sacred pause to embrace your divine beloved within.

Geranium to inspire balance and harmony; Continue breathing and allow your body to flow in gentle balance, reducing extremes within your inner thought processes and calming your emotions.

Lavender to inspire nurture; Continue breathing and assess what you really need to soothe yourself. Continuing to give to goals and intentions without also attending to your own needs for rejuvenation, leads to physical, mental and emotional imbalances. Identify what you can do more of to look after your own needs and incorporate more of this into your day.

Bergamot to inspire encouragement; Continue breathing and lift yourself further away from challenging emotions. Place your hands over your heart and be encouraged by the shift in your perspective, the lightness in your heart. Encourage yourself to look forward. Visualise success, use your senses to embody the feelings of success. What will your life be like, how will it look, taste, feel, what will you be hearing when your amazing intentions are realised?

Spruce to inspire motivation; Continue breathing and invite in the healthy flow of energy that lies deep within your being.  Breathing in gather up your energy, breathing out, draw on the feelings of excitement you have for your intentions.

Affirm “I reconnect to the beloved within, balance and harmonise my emotions, nurture and encourage myself and my vision and pour motivated energy into my dreams.”
