Taking Inspired Action – Essential Oil Support
Lately I have come across many reminders that I need to take daily inspired action, in order to live my dreams.
Often we get caught in the busyness of life and can’t see the forest for the trees. The path isn’t clear and we go into overwhelm.
The outcome leads to feelings of unease, inadequacy, insecurity, of being challenged, depleted, distressed, confused, doubtful, anxious… you get the picture.
What’s the solution? A simple 4 step daily practice using essential oils and the breath is a great starting place.
Use it to gain focus and clarity and maintain the stamina to go the distance with ease and grace.
4 Steps to Gain Focus and Clarity
Take some time out for self-care and reconnect with your wiser more rational self.
1.Listen to your intuition
Think of your bigger dream, the goals and inspired intentions you have set for yourself for the year, the quarter, the month, the week and this day. Take slow deep breaths and listen to your intuition, what inspiring idea or intention comes to mind that needs your action?
2. Clear limiting beliefs
You have an inspired idea. Now, are you thinking of every reason why it won’t work? Cancel, clear and delete those thoughts. Say to yourself, “I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you and I love you”, repeat until you feel clear and calm.
3. Align your energy with your intentions
Gather up your energy, draw on the feelings of excitement you have for your intention, create a plan of action, visualise success, use your senses to embody the feelings of success. What will your day be like, how will it look, taste, feel, what will you be hearing when your amzing intention is realised?

Here is the perfect essential oil blend and self-care technique for taking inspired action and maintaining the distance with ease and grace.
2 drops Lime
1 drop Basil
1 drop Spearmint
1 Drop Rosemary CT Verbenone
1 Drop of Lemongrass
Place up to 6 drops into an essential oil diffuser. Take slow deep breaths and affirm;
